Although appearing to be old and worthless, Feebas are capable of learning powerful Ice-type moves like Blizzard and Ice Beam, and Water-type moves like Surf and Water Pulse. They can also learn DragonBreath, Confuse Ray, Hypnosis, and Mirror Coat as Egg moves through breeding. Feebas tend to be quite scarce in their natural range, but wherever they are found, they group together in tightly-packed schools. They're also easy to catch once encountered.
